Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for Officers of Kerala Water Authority

Over 160 officers were trained across 4 batches in the nine-day programme at IIMB. The focus was on capacity building of the officers to take up challenging roles and included modules on Decision making, Strategic Management and Personal Development. It also included a workshop on Self-Development at SVYASA emphasizing on holistic health, guiding participants. The programme was designed and led by Dr. Sankarshan Basu, Dr. Anil B Suraj, Dr. Rajendra K Bandi, and Dr. Rejie George Pallathitta.
