Leadership Development Programme for Novo Nordisk India
Launched by IIMB on 22nd November, the programme, designed by Dr. Shubabrata Das and Dr. Debolina Dutta, aimed to help the participants get future-ready and take on more complex roles, achieve targets and set strategic direction. The nine-day programme is delivered in multiple phases and involves mentoring by IIMB faculty on Action Learning Projects (ALP).
