SME Champion-Gender Inclusive Workplace Award

IVillage, founded by Aryah Mahajan from Cohort 6 of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, was awarded the SME Champion-Gender Inclusive Workplace Award at the UN Women Asia and the Pacific Women’s Empowerment Principles Awards Ceremony.

IVillage creates eco-friendly cotton bags for corporates, promoting sustainability and empowering rural women in Uttar Pradesh with employment and financial independence. As part of the Pardada-Pardadi Foundation, they also support girls’ education and vocational training, driving social and environmental impact.
