Valedictory of Executive Development Programme for Randstad
On 25th July 2024, 28 middle managers from Randstad came onboard for a leadership development programme that was designed and delivered in two phases by Dr. Debolina Dutta. Topics covered included strategic thinking, digital marketing, macro-economic context and transformational leadership. They got an understanding of emerging trends and uncertainties in the business landscape. They learnt to make strategic decisions, use data and technology to create value in the business, and explore and develop insights about themselves as future leaders. The valedictory was conducted on 24th November.
