The panel discussions featured expert opinions by IIMB faculty members on relevant topics including, ‘Course Design’, ‘Preparing for the Academia Job Talk’ and ‘Entry to Academia’.

Dr. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM Bangalore, addressed the participating scholars, sharing best practices in academics and insights on overcoming challenges as they start their careers as young faculty members.

Another important component of the consortium was the Teaching Practicum, which provided the participants with an opportunity to conduct a class on their chosen topic and receive constructive feedback on delivering sessions effectively.

The 10th edition of the consortium was held from 20th to 24th January 2025.
