Call for Submission: Sixth Human Resources International Conference to be hosted at IIMB from 9 to 11 April 2026

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will host the 6^th Human Resources International Conference (HRIC), to be organized by the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management (AOM), from 9^th to 11^th April 2026. The event will be themed on, ‘Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Age of Disruption’. The conference is ideal for academics, practitioners and students who can share their insights, research and expertise. Papers, symposia and professional development workshop submissions, on a range of topics relevant to the conference theme, are invited.
