IIMB launches 8th edition of iLEAD programme for Walmart India
The eighth edition of the prestigious iLEAD programme for Walmart Global Tech India was launched by IIM Bangalore on 4th March 2025. This four-day programme anchored by Prof. Raghunath (Strategy) and Dr. Vijay Venkataraman (Strategy area, IIMB) extensively dealt with topics including strategic thinking, developing a technology-product mindset, value innovation for high growth and leveraging data and AI in the retail sector. Members of the leadership team from Walmart, Shiny Samuel (Senior Director – Learning & Leadership) and Aishwarya Iyer (Talent Development and OD Lead), addressed the participants during the inauguration.
