IIMB launches Mid-Career Training Programme for Officers of Indian Economic Service
The Mid-Career Training Programme for Officers of Indian Economic Service (IES) was launched by IIMB on 3rd March 2025. This five-day programme aims to enable the IES officers acquire the knowledge, skills and mental make-up needed to implement changes effectively and create a cohesive work environment. The Programme Directors were Dr. Gopal Mahapatra (Chairperson and faculty, Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management, IIMB) and Prof. V Anand Ram.
