At ‘Pragya 2025’, on 06th March 2025, the graduating PGP and PGPBA cohorts at IIMB listened as Prof. Y.L.R. Moorthi, from Marketing, Prof. Sourav Mukherji, from OB&HRM, and Prof. Haritha Saranga, from Production & Operations Management, offered their perspectives on the pursuit of excellence, sportsman spirit and self-awareness. IIMB Director Prof. Rishikesha Krishnan, PGP and PGPBA Chairperson Prof. Manaswini Bhalla, Dean Programmes Prof. Mukta Kulkarni, and IIMBAA President Harish Mittal, also interacted with the students.

The cohort comprised Vice Chancellors from various centrally- and state-funded universities and Directors of Institutes of National Importance.

She spoke on ‘Healthcare: State’s Role in Managing a Wicked Problem’. The lecture was part of the course, ‘Business, Government, and Society: Ethics and Responsible Business’, offered by Prof. Arnab Mukherji and Prof. Allen P. Ugargol.

Prof. Aditya Aradhye, Ashoka University, presented his paper on ‘Mechanism Design with Spiteful Agents’. The seminar was organized by the Office of Research and Publications, on 12th March 2025.
