Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme – Batch 9
Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages the academic research and practitioner experience to advance women in the Indian business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme aims at preparing women leaders for top management and Board-level positions in the corporate sector by providing functional and leadership skills.
The Tanmatra programme is aimed at high potential women leaders with over 15 years of work experience, identified and nominated through organizations.
