Fourth edition of Reliance Industries Limited’s FLYER programme concludes
The 4th edition of the FLYER programme for Reliance Industries Limited concluded on 3rd April 2025, at the Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. During the event, top RIL leaders including Amit Chaturvedi (President, Operations – Petrochemicals), Ravi Kumar Prekki (Senior Executive VP, CBM Business) and Hemalakshmi Raju (Chief Learning Officer, Leader – Diversity & Inclusion, Hydrocarbon Business), addressed the participants.
The 28-day FLYER programme is an enabler for career-transitions of the FLYERs into new roles in new business domains. The cohort of 44 participants worked on group projects identified by the leadership of their new businesses to apply their learnings from the IIMB programme, and presented the same to their business leaders, mentors and the IIMB team. The entire FLYERs talent management initiative is supported by a strong network of FLYERs alumni within RIL, who underwent a similar programme at IIMB, around two decades back.
