Valedictory of GlobalFoundries Leadership Development Programme on 9th April
The Leadership Development Programme for high-potential senior managers at GlobalFoundries, inaugurated in December 2024, concluded with a valedictory ceremony on 9th April 2025.
Designed and led by Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Executive Education Programmes and the Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, and faculty of the Finance & Accounting area, and Dr. Debolina Dutta, faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area, the programme comprised four modules aimed at preparing department heads to transition into broader leadership roles beyond their core domains.
A highlight of the programme was the integration of Action Learning Projects, enabling participants to apply classroom learning to live business challenges. These evolved into group-based Integration Projects in later phases, with faculty mentors guiding the application of insights across both individual and group contexts.
At the closing ceremony, top-level executives from GlobalFoundries, Roy Chew, Director, Talent Management (Head of APAC Learning), and Jitendra Chaddah, VP & Country Head – India, congratulated participants on their successful journey and learning outcomes.
