Dr. Minakshi Punam Mandal
Dr. Minakshi Punam Mandal will join IIMB on 2nd June as Assistant Professor in the Decision Sciences area. She holds the Young Faculty Research Chair. Minakshi Punam Mandal completed her PhD in Operations Research from ESSEC Business School in France in 2024. Her research is focused on sustainable last-mile deliveries and disaster management, and her research integrates optimization theory and real-world applications, addressing pressing social and environmental challenges. With a passion for bridging methodological rigor and societal impact, she aims to continue pursuing research that contributes to sustainable and resilient systems.
