Leadership Development Programme to Build Resilient GCCs – Batch 1
As GCCs continue to evolve beyond support functions to become centres of excellence, innovation and strategic co-creation, leadership demands have become more complex than ever. The Leadership Development Programme to Build Resilient GCCs is uniquely designed to empower GCC leaders with the skills, strategies and global mindset required to drive transformation, innovation and sustainable growth.
The programme has been designed for professionals with over 15 years of experience who are in leadership positions in GCCs, responsible for business growth and strategy. The programme has been jointly developed by IIMB faculty and industry leaders. It will be delivered by IIMB faculty, leading practitioners and industry thought leaders.
