IIMB conducts Leadership Development Programme for Officers of Food Corporation of India
A five-day Leadership Development Programme for Category 1 Officers of Food Corporation of India (FCI), comprising DGMs and GMs, was conducted from 26th to 30th May 2025.
Designed and led by Dr. Ananth Krishnamurthy, faculty of Decision Sciences, the programme aimed to broaden participants’ managerial perspectives by exposing them to best practices across industries. Through carefully curated case studies from a variety of sectors, the sessions encouraged participants to draw parallels and apply these learnings within the unique operational context of FCI.
The programme served as a platform for participants to reflect on cross-industry approaches and explore their relevance in driving efficiency, innovation and excellence in public sector food management.
