IIMB conducts Emerging Leaders Development Programme for managers of Randstad
The Emerging Leaders Development Programme (ELDP), Batch 1, for 32 first-time managers of Randstad, was inaugurated on 23rd June 2025. The programme was designed and delivered in a single phase for two batches, in-person and on-campus at IIM Bangalore. The programme was designed and led by Dr. Mukta Kulkarni, Dean, Programmes, Chairperson, Office of International Affairs and faculty of Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management.
The target audience of the programme comprised professionals with around eight to fifteen years of experience, who work in multi-discipline groups. The majority of them are postgraduates.
The programme was of three days’ duration and exposed participants to people skills, accountability and ownership, in a bid to strengthen them as competent managers. It also provided an understanding of financial drivers, cost management and revenue growth to help participants think like business owners and make decisions that contribute to overall profitability.
During the inauguration of the programme, company leaders addressed the cohort. Anjali Raghuvanshi, CPO, spoke on the importance of the programme. Vishwanath PS, CEO and Nagesh Bailur, CFO, discussed the future challenges of business, and capacity building of the managers in the department. The valediction for Batch 1 was held on 25th June 2025.
