Bootcamp for Cohort 4 of Campus Founders

NSRCEL hosted Cohort 4 of Campus Founders, a GPS Fellows initiative, for a three-day immersive bootcamp.

Day 1 focused on problem validation with Suman Sasmal, Mentor, NSRCEL, who encouraged founders to rethink assumptions and engage with real users. The day closed with an alumni panel featuring #StartupsOfNSRCEL – Anuraag Paul, Co-founder & CSO, Newtral.io, Abhinayah Sundaramoorthy, Co-founder, The Yellow Dwelling, and Reethan Doijode and Shreyas S P, Founders, HyCube Works – during which the panelists shared honest insights on early-stage building.

Day 2 explored early-stage governance and included a keynote by Anand Sri Ganesh, CEO, NSRCEL, on navigating uncertainty while staying grounded. This was followed by a hands-on Design Thinking workshop with Prof. Vinay Dabholkar, President, Catalign Innovation Consulting, and a session on early stage governance by Srikanth Prabhu.

From interactive sessions to product showcases, this cohort brought student-driven innovation to life.
