IIMBx completes third batch of Hospital Management Programme for Healthcare Professionals
The IIMBx Digital learning Foundation, the digital learning arm of IIM Bangalore, hosted the valedictory ceremony for the Professional Certificate Programme in Hospital Management (PCHM) Batch 3, on 25th July 2025. This milestone event celebrated the academic achievements of healthcare professionals from institutions across the country, who successfully completed their comprehensive management training. There were 104 healthcare professionals in the batch from various spectrums of the industry, including doctors, medical administrators, nurses, etc.
The event commenced with an Alumni Orientation Session, formally welcoming graduates into the prestigious IIMB alumni network. This integration provides ongoing opportunities for professional collaboration and career advancement within the healthcare management community. During the Capstone Project Presentations, participants demonstrated their mastery of management principles through innovative solutions addressing contemporary healthcare challenges. These presentations showcased the practical application of theoretical knowledge and reflected the collaborative excellence fostered throughout the programme.
The valedictory event featured faculty of IIMB and invited dignitaries from the healthcare industry who recognized the participants’ commitment and academic excellence. Dr. H. Sudarshan Ballal, Chairman of MHEPL, Manipal Hospital, delivered an inspiring keynote address on healthcare leadership that resonated with the attendees. The formal certificate presentation marked the culmination of the participants’ rigorous academic journey, representing their readiness to assume leadership roles in healthcare management.
