Leadership Development Programme for Fourth Partner Energy
The Leadership Development Programme for Executive Committee and Management Committee members of Fourth Partner Energy was inaugurated on 28th July 2025. The programme was designed and led by Dr. Mukta Kulkarni, Dean, Programmes, Chairperson, Office of International Affairs, and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area at IIM Bangalore.
The programme was designed as a single-phase, in-person, on-campus module at IIM Bangalore, followed by Learning Journal Presentations and Valediction. It comprised a single integrated module aimed at equipping participants with the ability to lead and engage their teams more effectively in driving the organization’s business strategy.
The three-day, in-person module focused on strategic decision-making, self-awareness, financial acumen and transformational leadership. To deepen impact, the programme incorporated the Hogan Psychometric Assessment with individual debrief sessions, enabling greater self-awareness among leaders. In addition, participants engaged in Learning Integration and Reflection through the use of learning journals – a reflective tool to capture daily insights, key takeaways and the intended application of learnings in their professional roles.
The cohort consisted of 50 members, of which two are founding members. The first leadership layer consisted of five members who are responsible for overall organizational direction. The second layer, comprising about 45 employees (including 34 department heads), reports directly to the Executive Committee. Participants in this group have an average of 18 to 20 years of professional experience. For delivery, the cohort was divided into two batches.
