Executive Presence for Impactful Leadership at IIM Bangalore: 1st and 2nd Cohorts
Cohort 1 and 2 of the three-day Executive Presence for Impactful Leadership programme was conducted by IIM Bangalore from 23rd to 25th July 2025 and from 6th to 8th October 2025, respectively. The programme was directed and led by Dr. Deepti Ganapathy of the Management Communication area.
The programme is designed to help senior professionals enhance executive presence and leadership skills, focusing on strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and high-stakes decision-making. Participants included leaders from diverse sectors, seeking to strengthen their impact and lead with clarity as well as confidence.
Through a combination of lectures, role plays, case studies and discussions, participants explored how to navigate complex communication landscapes, manage feedback and apply leadership practices across their organizations.
