CSITM at IIMB hosted a talk by Dr. Abhipsa Pal as part of the webinar series ‘Top IS Publications from India’ on Nov 28

The Centre for Software and Information Technology Management (CSITM) at IIM Bangalore hosted a webinar on November 28, 2025, led by Dr. Abhipsa Pal from the Information Systems area, faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She presented her research on her co-authored paper titled ‘The risk-risk trade-off (R2T) framework: Examining contact [cash] versus contactless [mobile] payment usage’, published in the journal Decision Support Systems. This was the fourth webinar in the series ‘Top IS Publications from India’, which began in September 2021.
