Dr. Rama Patnaik
Dr. Rama Patnaik, Librarian, was relieved from the services of the Institute on 31st December 2025, upon her superannuation. She joined the Institute on 5th November 2008.
Dr. Patnaik has been with IIMB for over 16 years. She received the ‘Best Librarian for 2018’ award from MANLIBNET (Management Libraries Network) at the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Librarianship: Role of Libraries in Learning Environment, held on 10th December 2018. During her tenure, she also developed a web tutorial using LibGuides (cognitive load theory) on using copyrighted and licensed digital content for IIMB faculty and students, and library and information literacies for graduate students.
