Programme on Organisational Excellence through Leadership for Swiss Re

IIM Bangalore launched a custom programme for high-performing mid-managers of Swiss Re on 16 December at its campus. The three-day programme, designed by Dr. Abhoy K Ojha, offered insight into how world-class organisations achieve excellence, drawing on empirical leadership research and a practical framework to build competitive spirit, sustain high performance, enable change, and unlock human potential across levels.
