Valedictory of Executive General Management Programme for KPMG Global Services
The valedictory of the 12th batch of the Executive General Management Programme (EGMP), customised for KPMG Global Services (KGS), was held on 22nd November 2025. The programme, designed by Dr. Deepak Chandrashekhar and Dr. Varun Jindal, focused on strengthening general management and leadership capabilities to prepare participants for higher-order responsibilities.
The cohort reflected on a demanding learning journey alongside full-time roles. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Sanjay Maradi, Chief Information Officer, KGS, and Ms. Smita K, Manager – L&D, KGS, who congratulated the graduating participants. The occasion marked another milestone in the ongoing partnership between IIM Bangalore’s Executive Education Programmes and KGS.
