Independent Directors Certificate Programme – Batch 8

The Independent Directors Certificate Programme (IDCP) is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, principles, insights and practical understanding required to effectively discharge their duties as Independent Directors, Non-executive Directors and researchers in the field of Corporate Governance. Blending academic perspectives with real-world cases and practitioner insights, it examines governance structures and policy, board behavior, accountability, risk management and ethical decision-making, enabling participants to contribute meaningfully to board deliberations and governance outcomes. Overall, the programme provides an integrated perspective on company law, regulatory frameworks, board processes and the role of Independent Directors in guiding and overseeing organizations in a dynamic governance environment.
