VigyanShaala International, a venture from NSRCEL’s Impact Orbit, was awarded the ‘Nikkei Asia Award 2025’, which includes a prize of 5 million Japanese Yen.

The Nikkei Asia Award is among Asia’s most respected honors, which has previously recognized individuals who have shaped the region’s scientific and social landscape.

Founded by scientists Dr. Darshana Joshi, PhD and Dr. Vijay Venugopalan, PhD, VigyanShaala is built on a simple but powerful belief: access to science should not depend on geography or privilege.
