Executive General Management Programme (EGMP 77)

Designed for functional managers aspiring to move into general management roles, the Executive General Management Programme (EGMP), a certificate programme, helps them develop core business skills and competencies for cross-functional areas. This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, frameworks and managerial perspective required to lead and make strategic decisions. A diverse cohort enables great peer learning and offers networking opportunities to the participants. Faculty from IIMB teach in the programme and use case studies, role-play, and more. Topics such as Business Environment, Individual and Organizational Competencies, Functional Knowledge (Key Business Areas) and Strategic Perspective are covered, blending conceptual understanding with practical applications, preparing participants for broader leadership responsibilities and senior management roles.
