IIMB students’ field visit to Toyota Kirloskar Motor

As part of the elective course ‘CEOs Agenda Towards Climate Action’ offered by Dr. Deepti Ganapathy, Management Communication area, EPGP and PGP students of IIM Bangalore visited the 432-acre manufacturing facility of Toyota Kirloskar Motor in Bidadi. The visit, which was hosted by TKM for the second consecutive year, provided students with first-hand exposure to rich sustainability practices embedded on the factory floor. A key highlight was the immersive walkthrough of a 20-acre eco-park developed on a former scrapyard featuring 17 different themes that demonstrate the company’s environmental initiatives in action.
