End Bootcamp for Cohort 3 of Circular Economy Incubation Program

The End Bootcamp for Cohort 3 of the Circular Economy Incubation Program, an initiative by Pernod Ricard India Foundation in partnership with NSRCEL, brought together 12 start-ups working across climate-smart agriculture as well as plastic and glass circularity in Nashik, on 17th and 18th March 2026.

Hosted at the Pernod Ricard India Plant (NEEV), the two-day bootcamp offered founders direct exposure to operational realities, supply chains and implementation contexts at scale. Through workshops, industry dialogues, a plant visit and an on-ground visit to Sahyadri Farms, start-ups gained practical insights into strengthening product-market fit, building sustainable business models, and aligning circular solutions with industry needs.

The cohort’s journey reflected strong momentum. At the outset, five start-ups were in the pilot stage, three at the prototype stage and four generating early revenue. Today, seven start-ups are generating early revenue, four are in pilot and just one remains at the prototype stage – highlighting stronger market validation and clearer pathways to scale.

All these point towards a strong reflection of how ecosystem support, industry immersion and founder learning can accelerate circular ventures from pilots to scale.
