The Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability (CCGS) at the IIM Bangalore will host a virtual panel discussion titled ‘Beyond the Deal: Governance and Board Accountability in Modern M&A’ on 02 July 2026, from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm IST.

The session will be moderated by Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, and Professor in the Finance & Accounting area at IIM Bangalore.
