Leadership Development Programme for MANN+HUMMEL

Leadership development is rarely about a single session or a single insight. It is a journey of continuous learning, reflection and application. Over the past four months, top leaders from MANN+HUMMEL India came together as part of a custom Leadership Development Programme designed to strengthen the capabilities needed to lead the organization’s next phase of growth.

The journey began with an inaugural module and progressed through sessions on financial acumen, business growth strategies, innovation and intrapreneurship, business analytics, AI for leaders, design thinking, executive presence, storytelling, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. Alongside the classroom learning, participants also engaged in Action Learning Projects that connected programme concepts to real business opportunities.

Following the valedictory session, the learning journey now continues with a refresher session focused on reflection and application. Participants will revisit key takeaways from across the programme, exchange experiences and explore how these learnings can be translated into meaningful impact within their teams, functions, and the broader organization.

Because the true value of learning lies not in what is taught, but in what is applied.
