The Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Owned Businesses (MPEFB) is suitable for entrepreneurs and family business owners to enhance business management skills, implement latest technological, digital and strategic initiatives, and to create sustainable, scalable and future-ready businesses. The programme is intended to impart an essential set of managerial skills to successfully carry out businesses in a fast-changing business environment.
The programme combines core management concepts with real-world application through classroom learning, peer interaction and a hands-on business project. The curriculum covers strategy, leadership, finance, digital business and governance, helping participants strengthen decision-making and drive sustainable growth. Participants learn how to build successful ventures, develop business strategies to scale and adopt best practices to ensure transgenerational continuity of family businesses.
A key highlight of the programme is its experiential approach, including action learning projects and an international immersion at WHU, Germany. Participants benefit from mentorship by IIMB faculty, exposure to diverse business perspectives and access to a strong alumni network. Overall, the programme equips business leaders with practical tools, strategic clarity and a structured approach to managing as well as growing their enterprises.
