IIMB doctoral scholars receive PhD Fellowships for 2026-27 and Doctoral Student Research Paper Awards 2026

Fourteen doctoral programme scholars of IIM Bangalore have been recognized with the PhD Fellowships for 2026-27 and the Doctoral Student Research Paper Awards 2026. The PhD Fellowship Award Committee selected the fellowship recipients based on academic performance, research productivity, quality of research work in the pipeline, and alignment with the objectives of the respective scholarships. The Doctoral Student Research Paper Awards recognize research papers accepted in reputed journals during the academic year 2025-26.

The Mirae Asset Scholars Award 2026 has been awarded to Ronit Neogy and Mantu Prasad Gupta of the Decision Sciences Area. The WIPRO Sustainability Fellowship 2026 has been awarded to Kalaga Venkata Laxmana Tejaswi of the Marketing Area and Gunjesh Kumar of the Finance & Accounting Area. Mauli Kundlia of the Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management (OBHRM) Area has received the JR Fellowship Award 2026. The Florintree Scholarship Award 2026 has been awarded to Shweta Sogani and Pradyun Rame Mehrotra of the Economics Area, and Saheli Bose of the Production & Operations Management Area.

The Doctoral Student Research Paper Award 2026 has been conferred on P. M. Naveen (OBHRM), Sanchit Jain (Finance & Accounting), Divya Dwivedi (Information Systems), Shweta Sogani (Economics), Anubha Shokhand (Strategy) and Sukanya Roy (Entrepreneurship).
