IIM Bangalore and Chanakya University jointly launch three unique courses on SWAYAM platform

IIM Bangalore, through its digital learning arm IIMBx and in collaboration with Chanakya University, has launched three unique courses on the SWAYAM platform.

The courses are titled, Indian Knowledge System (IKS): Concepts and Applications in Engineering; IKS: Concepts and Applications in Science; and IKS: Humanities and Social Sciences.

The Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are themed on the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). They have been designed and delivered by Dr. B Mahadevan of the Production & Operations Management area at IIM Bangalore, Dr. Vinayak Rajat Bhat from the Center for Indian Knowledge System of Chanakya University, and Dr. R. Venkata Raghavan from the School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management at IIT Bhuvaneshwar.

The combined enrolments for all the three courses have reached a total of over 6000 so far. This number is a testament to the impact and relevance of the course content, and it reaffirms the dedication of the teams to create a meaningful learning experience for the participants.

In a bid to further enhance engagement and provide a seamless as well as enriching educational journey to all learners, the IIM Bangalore and Chanakya University teams will continue to leverage innovative strategies and other improvements.
