Leadership Development Programmes for Deloitte

A Leadership Development Programme was conducted for Deloitte & Touche Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services India (P) Ltd, over multiple cohorts.

The programme was designed to address the challenges that rapid growth in audit practice presents. It aimed at helping the participants address the complexities arising from exponential business growth and build effective teams in a new hybrid environment.

CAs, CPAs from accounting background providing Audit services for Deloitte clients based out of India, who are practice managers with at least 5-13 years of work experience were part of these programmes

Programme was delivered in 5 programme days on IIMB campus 

IIMB delivered 4 batches covering about 200 participants during July and September 2023. The programme runs saw various senior like – Mr. Jayant – Managing Director, Mr. Ravi Maheshwari – Managing Director, Office Audit Leader, Mr. Gaurav Kapahi addressing participants in different batches, emphasising on the importance of this programme.
