Valedictory for participants of Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL)

The custom EGMP for HUL was designed for executives who are part of HULs Business Leadership Training (BLT) scheme and aimed to prepare them take on increased, managerial responsibility within HUL. 

The curriculum offered participants an opportunity to develop core business skills and competencies in various functional areas, which enable them to handle challenges involving cross functional roles. It also provided an opportunity to choose a specialization track – supply chain management or advanced marketing.

The 20-day programme was conducted in two phases on the IIMB campus. The Programme Directors are Dr. Rajendra Bandi and Dr. Shubhabrata Das.
