Valedictory for Batch 1 of the General Management Programme on Entertainment & Media Business
The General Management Programme on Entertainment & Media Business is designed around the urgent need to train and equip young managers with unique skill sets to grow and adapt in the fast-growing business segment of entertainment industry. It provides a framework to understand the key marketing and strategic issues facing organizations in the Entertainment industry. There is a special focus on OTT, feature films, television, e-sports, animation and VFX, music, performing arts, and publishing. The course is designed for aspiring mainstream Media and Entertainment business entrepreneurs and executives, as well as those interested in the world of independent filmmaking. It is for producers, directors, writers, development personnel and aspiring media executives.
The valedictory for Batch 1 of the programme was held on 21st October 2023. The programme director, Professor S Raghunath, and Chief Guest Preetham Daniel, Vice President IMAX – India and Southeast Asia, addressed the participants.
