Inauguration of Leadership Development Programme for Senior Officers of GETRI
Senior officers of Gujrat Energy Training and Research Institute (GETRI) were welcomed to a custom Leadership Development Programme by Dr. Debolina Dutta and Dr. Shankar Venkatagiri on 12th February, 2024. The five-day programme covered blue-ocean strategies for leadership, data-backed decision-making, macroeconomic influences on business, leadership communication, finance management and customer centricity.
