Dr. Malika named among the ‘Poets and Quants Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors 2024’ worldwide

Dr. Malika, faculty of the Marketing area of IIM Bangalore and IIMB Young Faculty Research Chair, has been named among the ‘2024 Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors’ worldwide, by Poets and Quants. The award is aimed to identify and highlight the achievements of the most promising young professors who are at present teaching in MBA programmes, worldwide.

Dr. Malika earned her Fellowship in Marketing from Indian School of Business and M Phil in Social Psychology from University of Cambridge. Her research investigates how cross-cultural differences affect consumer behavior, with a particular focus on the impact of resource scarcity. Her work was highlighted in a Forbes article which examines India’s national brand equity.
