Certificate Programme in Leadership Coaching (CPLC) Batch 1

It is designed for managers and leaders who seek to develop effective coaching skills. It is open to mid-level and senior-level professionals who have 15+ years of industry experience and to individual contributors who would like to develop their coaching skills for stakeholder management. The experiential pedagogy, focused on the art and practice of coaching, is designed to help develop coaching effectiveness, blending personal, professional and coaching skill development. Participants will also gain actionable insights on developing a coaching culture within their teams.
