IIM Bangalore and FPSB India Organize Boot Camp for Financial Planning Firms

The Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSB India), the Indian subsidiary of Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. (FPSB Ltd.) in conjunction with the Indian Institute Management, Bangalore organized a boot camp for financial planning firms.   

The book camp focussed on the supporting and mentoring financial planning firms, thereby enabling CFP professionals to run their own practice. The event highlighted the need for strategic planning, risk and contingency planning as part of building one’s own practice.   

Over 300 delegates who joined the event from across India, had the opportunity to hear eminent speakers such as Dr. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director – IIM Bangalore who gave the keynote address; Dr. M Jayadev, Faculty – Finance and Accounting, Dean – Administration & Chairperson, CCMRM IIM Bangalore; Prof. Jacob Joshy, Associate Professor, IIM – Ahmedabad & Mr Krishan Mishra, CEO – FPSB India.
