Leadership Excellence & Development Programme for Applied Materials India launched

The fourth edition of the Leadership Excellence and Development (LEAD) Programme for Applied Materials India was launched on 25 July 2024. This Custom programme has been designed by Programme Directors Dr. Jitamitra Desai and Dr. R. Srinivasan.

The cohort comprises 17 mid-senior managers (Deputy Directors, Senior Managers and Architects) with a minimum of 20 years of work experience. The 17-day programme is delivered in-person on-campus in phases, consisting of faculty-led classroom sessions and group Action Learning Projects.

The programme aims to help the transition of technology leaders at AMIND into business leaders who can identify new business opportunities and help Applied Materials India become a go-to centre for new capabilities.
