The ‘FLYER’ programme for Reliance Industries launched on 9 September 2024. The programme objective is to prepare young leaders for their future career transition into new roles, with a focus on Business Environment, Individual and Organizational Competencies, Functional Knowledge (Key Business Areas) and Strategic Perspective. This 4th edition of the programme is of 28 days’ duration, anchored by Dr. Rajendra K Bandi, Dr. Ganesh N Prabhu and Dr. Nishant Kumar Verma. It has a Core module focusing on general management, followed by a Specialization module focusing on specific topics aligned to their role transitions.
