ISRO Chairman attends valedictory of custom programme at IIMB
IIMB had the privilege of hosting Dr. Somanath S, Chairman of ISRO, and Dr. Koteshwara Rao, former Scientific Secretary of ISRO, during the valedictory for the first batch of ISROs senior executives who completed the ‘Management and Leadership Skill Development Programme’, on 5th October 2024. IIMB faculty Dr. Sai Yayavaram and Dr. Abhoy K Ojha helped the participants strategize and innovate.
At the valedictory, the participants reflected on their learning and spoke of their key takeaways on Leadership Communication, navigating the VUCA world, leveraging the power of Data Analytics, maximizing value with better Cost Management, and Managing Organizational Change.
