2nd Batch of ISRO’s Senior Executives to Management and Leadership Skill Development Programme
After the successful completion of its first batch in 2023, IIMB launched Batch 2 of the Management and Leadership Skill Development programme for premier research organisation ISRO’s senior executives on November 11th, 2024. Designed by IIMB faculty Dr. Sai Yayavaram and Dr. Abhoy K Ojha, the programme enlightened participants on Leadership Communication, navigating the VUCA world, leveraging the power of Data Analytics, maximizing value with better Cost Management, and Managing Organizational Change.
