Women Leaders Programme for Airbus India
Airbus, in line with their future vision of increasing the presence of women within their top leadership team, reached out to IIMB to design and deliver a programme to sharpen the leadership skills for a group of 32 High-Potential Women Leaders identified within Airbus India.
The programme was launched within the Airbus India Bangalore campus in July 2024. The occasion was graced by who’s who of Airbus, presenting their insights on leadership. Dr. Debolina Dutta and Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Programme Directors, delivered an insightful address.
The eight-day programme which commenced on 7th November in IIMB, centred on the themes of leading people and leading business, with a special emphasis on topics such as emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and tools to avoid biases in decision making. The programme also had an Action Learning Project (ALP) component which enabled participants to implement their learnings on ground.
