Team of IIMB Researchers Awarded Best Paper Award at 10th INDAM Conference
A team of researchers comprising Dr. Sai Chittaranjan Kalubandi, Strategy area; Dr. Apurva Sanaria, OB&HRM area; and Harshitha Ravi, former academic associate in the Entrepreneurship area, has been awarded the Best Paper Award at the 10th Indian Academy of Management (INDAM) Conference, in the International Business track. The paper titled, ‘Influence of institutional contexts on family firms’ internationalization: A meta-analysis’, explores how formal institutions, such as trade and tariff regulations, and informal cultural factors, such as time orientation and traditions, affect the global expansion strategies of family-owned businesses positively versus negatively.
