IIMB launches Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Infosys Ltd
The long duration hybrid programme, Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Infosys Ltd., was launched by IIMB on 25th February 2025. Spanning 22 days, the programme aims to equip the participants with advanced strategic thinking capabilities, robust competitive strategy formulation skills and enhanced financial acumen. The programme is anchored by Dr. Padmini Srinivasan (Chairperson, Executive Education Programmes and Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, and faculty of Finance & Accounting) and Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra (Editor-in-Chief, IIMB Management Review, Chairperson, Research & Publications, Centre for Teaching & Learning and C-DOCTA, and faculty of Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management). It would also include Action Learning Projects to enable the participants to implement their learnings on ground.
The inauguration saw top leaders from Infosys addressing the audience, including, Dinesh Rao, EVP and Co-Head of Delivery, Niranjan V.S, Senior Vice President & Service Offerings Head, Sushanth Tharappan, Executive Vice President & Head of HR, Nanjappa B S, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Santhosh KC, Associate Vice President and Head of Leadership Development.
