Tanmatra

Batch 5 of Tanmatra, the Women in Leadership programme, was inaugurated on June 14th with 34 senior women leaders participating from 14 different organisations.  Tanmatra is a cross-industry leadership development programme that leverages the academic research and practitioner experience to advance women in the Indian business community. The focus of this programme is to equip the women leaders with the functional knowledge and leadership skills needed to perform at top management level and to build a forum of senior women leaders in India to ‘Pay it forward’ to emerging women leaders. The programme theme is centred around Exploring Self, Owning Careers and Impacting Business Outcomes.
