The Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability (CCGS) at IIM Bangalore, hosted the Corporate Governance & Sustainability Conclave 2025, on campus, bringing together business leaders, legal luminaries, policymakers, and academics. Themed ‘Navigating the Future of Corporate Governance: Accountability & Innovation,’ the day-long event, on July 4^th, sparked conversations around evolving boardroom responsibilities, regulatory reforms, and the role of technology in reshaping governance paradigms.
